Sales Producer – Commercial or Employee Benefits
We are actively growing our sales team! We are seeking a qualified Sales Producer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for initiating new business sales and marketing activities. Identifying, soliciting and developing new business to the agency. Must have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain favorable relationships with clients and ensure that account activity and client communications are promptly and accurately handled. Agency is willing to negotiate purchase of book if successful candidate has an established book. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have at least 3-5 years industry experience in a commercial lines or employee benefits sales role. Thorough knowledge of all lines of insurance required familiarity with many company/industry markets desired. Recognized WA or OR state insurance license, agent and/or broker also required. Commercial Lines Account Manager
We are seeking a qualified Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position supports and services a wide range of commercial accounts, liaison between clients, producers and insurance company representatives. Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention. Prefer a minimum of 2+ years of commercial lines account handling experience at the independent agent level. Must be P&C licensed in Oregon or Washington with solid knowledge of coverages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as strong computer and technical skills preferred. Applied Epic experience is a plus! Full-time employee with ability to work out of Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA office. Once fully trained, remote working options are available. Excellent benefits package!
