Susan joined JD Fulwiler in 2017 after 11 years at a large global brokerage firm, where the majority of her tenure was focused on brokering services and program management of association health plans. She oversees our employee benefits department, including our trust management team. Susan loves to learn and is motivated by providing effective solutions to complex client needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University in Business Administration and Supply and Logistics Management.

Kristin joined JD Fulwiler in 2024 with over twenty-three years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kristin is a graduate of Portland State University and a current board member of SHRM, Portland Human Resources Management Association.

Scott Carver

A graduate of University of Oregon with over 15 years of insurance experience, Scott joined JD Fulwiler in 2014. He specializes in life and disability insurance planning: personal needs, business needs, key person, buy-sell funding, estate planning, and business continuation. Scott and his wife, Jen, have two daughters Olivia and Sophia.

Jacque Deibert

Jacque joined JD Fulwiler in 2012, with four years of previous insurance experience.  She specializes in group health benefits for many different industries. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and is also a graduate of Portland State University with a Master of Social Work degree. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and reading as many books as possible.

Vicki joined JD Fulwiler in November 2015.  She has been in the insurance industry since 1991 and has worked with many types of insurance over the years.  Vicki has worked with employee benefits and individuals for the last 20 years and began working with Medicare in 2012.
